Subject: [Yorkie-Rescue-USA] Yorkie puppy needs help

just got a call from a rachel corbin, in leesburg, va. her yorkie had 6 puppies 2 weeks ago. one of them is not thriving. it weighs 3 oz. the vet told her it should be fed 12 times a day and night. this woman just had a baby 2 months ago and says she cannot keep up that schedule. she asked what we could do for her . i told her i could drive down to pick up the dog and place it in a foster home here in pa until it could eat on its own. then what, she asked? i said it would be adopted. no no she wanted us to drive it back to va from pa and give it back to her!!! yeah right! maybe someone else is closer and can get the puppy to care for. i am worried it will die. her phone number is 703 508-8546 please let me know if yiou can get it away from her. i made her promise to spay her dog but i know that will never happen...
