Ya, my breeders' dogs are AKC, and Haruka should be able to registered as "limited registration" after I send her breeder the receipt for spay. It has been a couple months since I sent her the copy. I checked in with her a couple weeks ago, and it seems that she sent it while back. The mail must have been lost. I am still waiting to see if it would be forwarded back to the right address.

I still want to register her before her birthday on 20th. I don't know how I can register her without any documents from the breeder. What does AKC need for us to submit to register a dog?
