Ok if i were you i'd get that puppy to the vet. That really sounds more like a kidney infection/failure. The symptoms are increased thirst, and increased urine that is pale in color. If it were a UTI your puppy would be peeing frequently but it would be very small amounts and be very yellow in color. Here's a link that list all the symptoms.
