[My baby*Fergie*]

Fergie has been constantly peeing everywhere!!..but it doesnt look like pee it looks just like water......for example this morning with in like an hour of time...she peed in 4 places.....all little water puddles is what it seems...i dont understand...why she is doing this ......she wont go in her litter box....why is she peeing so frequently...and why is it so clear???....any advice will be greatly appreciated...thankyou in advance!!!
