I take the pill and wrap it in a tiny bit of cheese too. but... i also kind of place it back in their mouth so they dont spit it out. I also hold the chin up a bit so they have to swall it. I try to do this where the others can't get to the pill if it does happen to come out (never has yet). you know how they all run for things that is dropped on the floor? all of mine do it. I am afraid one of them will snatch up a pill that is not meant for them, so I am very careful. good luck. hope you get some good tips on this one.
