I don't have an answer for you, but the little yorkie that I had gotten from rescue had the EXACT same thing you are describing. I asked the rescue, my vet and another lady that has a lot of experience with yorkies, but none of them had an answer. I would really like to know what it is and what causes it.

I'm posting a picture of the dog that I am referring to... if you look closely, you can see it around her eyes. She also had a couple of places on her nose, but you can't really tell from this picture.

Anyone know?
