This all reminds me of something that happened to my husband and I on EBAY. We were trying to sell our old computer (about 6 years old) on Ebay. Well we were only asking like $400 for it. Well, this guy from Nigeria emailed us and told us that he was very interested and that he wanted it. Well, I called UPS to ask how much it would be to send all of it to Nigeria from here, and he told me about $2500!!! Well I told the guy from Nigeria how much it would be, and he was fine with it. He said he would send the full $2900 as a money order to us. Well, I talked to my mom about it, and she was like "Something isn't right with that"... "Why would this guy be willing to pay THAT much money for a 6 year old computer?!? When he could probably buy A NEW ONE for LESS than half that price!"
So, we ended up selling it to someone in the US. And we never got that guys money order either. It was VERY, VERY strange.
I would NEVER want to purchase a puppy from anywhere out of the US. I would be very, very cautious dealing with these types of people. Good luck to you. I am sure you will be able to find a puppy here, instead of having to resort to a "breeder" in a foreign country.
