http://www.bichonfrise.org/bfl/bichon.html. Some of the Bichon List members are active with Small Paws. Everyone on the Bichon List is concerned about rescue. It gets to be a bigger job all the time. It just breaks my heart to hear about any of these little angels being abandoned or mistreated. These are pictures of my Cosmo, who is a therapy dog, in his Halloween costume. The kids at the Children's Library loved him!
