Same happened here. Stewie hides and poops wherever he pleases. Mostly in corners and sometimes in my closet if I accidentally leave the sliding door open a bit (sometimes I don't find it right away and its GROSS).
One day he peed and pooped all over my bedroom -- even while I was watching him do it! That was only one day though. He knows he is wrong because he cowers and hides afterward, too.
