Lucky, my 15 year old chow-mix will get a lick spot on her leg. She will lick it till she get a sore on it. I got Gentocin from the Vet and you just spray in on the spot. It tastes horrible but, Lucky will quit licking. I have had the same bottle since 1998 and have ask the Vet if it is still good and he said it was. She will get the spots a couple of times a year and then they go away. Hope this helps, I would be careful using any human product on her.................Cindy |
