I would take her to a vet right away. Could be another puppy in there, They will probably give her an oxytocin shot to get her to push whatever it is out whether it ids afterbirth or whatever. Usually a greenish discharge is a problem which is why you need to take her to a vet. I am a vet tech so I see this type of thing a lot!
