Yes I got the pm. Thanks! Since Toby's harness is too snug, if you want, here's what you can do. I think I lined his with felt, so you could remove the felt and that would make the harness a little bigger. You can also add a piece of fabric to all 4 pieces of the loops if you are handy with sewing or have a friend who would modify the harness. Just cut the loops on the bottom where it does not show and add in about 2 inches of fabric. Then be sure and add a safety pin to it near the snap to adjust it to a comfortable safe fit. I have learned that I should make all the harnesses about 2 inches bigger than called for and the pin can be used to adjust the size down for the furbaby. This gives the baby room to grow also.
I originally envisioned adding elastic somehow but haven't worked that into a suitable solution.
