oh my gosh.. i would have never guessed this thread turned to sad news. I'm sooo sorry.
I too almost lost my baby after only having her 2 days. She slipped out of a crack in my fence, which leads on an alley, and thank heavens she sat perfectly still after she climbed through the gate. A mini van went through the alley right after she did that. I never heard myself scream so loud. But she was safe and I have fixed all the "lil" holes in the fence so she can no longer get through.
Yorkies are fast lil creatures....they dissapear before you even notice.
I'm sorry for your loss and hope the pain heals in time.
