Where is she itching? All over or in certain areas? It seems like food or other internal allergies make a dog scratch her ears and lick her paws (according to my vet). So if it is all over, it could be an external allergen.....shampoo, flea med, environmental.......As a side note, my yorkie really does not like the flea and tick med (Frontline Plus). It really seems to aggravate him. He tried to rub it off. My other dog does not mind it all (he is a German Spitz- big & furry)......Just a thought.
