I used masking.. Taped each ear individually and then taped them together.. here is a link to what I mean,,

It took a few weeks.. of course taking the tape off inbetween for rest times.. but her ears are perfect now.. Erect and beautiful..:-) Oh.. the tape did not bother her at all.. she played.. and really none of my other dogs bothered with her tape.. they left her ears alone..
