I bought some of those baby crib pads. when mine were young. I only have one that used a pee pad now and they are old enough that they dont try to shread the paper ones any more. sounds to me like this is what you need for the time being. (one you can reuse).
sounds like she is getting bored and needs some new tough toys too.
