Welcome and congratulations! Your babies are really precious! It breaks my heart when I hear such a sad story... Lily is adorable and I hope she is going to make it. Maybe you could carry her in a baby sling? The body warmth would do her good for sure. Mitzi (10 years old) was a very picky eater too and sometimes I had to beg each morsel into her. She had a lot of problems with arthritis, gas and allergies. About 4 weeks ago we switched her to raw meat (beef, lamb, turkey, chicken, veal, all ground) eggs and some raw bones to chew on. She LOVES it, the bowl is licked clean without me doing anything, the allergies are gone, her arthiritis is much better and no gas anymore. Even our Vet is surprised how well she is doing with this food (we tried everything before and don't ask me how much highly expensive food she didn't like went to the local shelter... ). I really don't know if that would be something for your tiny baby but it is the natural thing for a dog. BTW, if Lily has gas try 'beano' drops. They help great and fast. The Vet says they are o.k.
Mitzi sends Yorkie kisses and I wish you and your babies the very best!
