Default Introducing My Boys and My New Puppy

Hi Guys,
I'm a long time lurker and yorkie lover who finally decided to register and show all of you my babies and hopefully get some advice too. I have alot of experience with Yorkshire Terriers having grown up raising them (My mother used to breed Yorkies and now takes in rescues) but I'm stumped with what to do with my new little girl.

I have 2 adult males, Tucker and Bailey, who will be 8 yrs old this summer. I call them "My Boys". Tucker is my big boy at 9 lbs and Bailey is my baby boy at 4.5 lbs. He was a rescue and in terrible shape when I found him with most of his hair falling out and numerous physical problems but he's beautiful now. In my opinion anyway

We now have a new addition to the family. Meet Lily, also called Lily-bug. She is ten weeks old but only weighs 0.8 oz That's right, ounces. She was in a situation where she was taken from her mother too early and wasn't being given enough to eat and was extremely malnourished. I have had her for two weeks but she's not gaining enough weight. She is the pickiest eater I've ever dealt with and often has to be fed with a syringe. We feed her 2 cc's every two hours and give her nutri-cal ever hour. Does anyone have any experience with a puppy this small? I have tried every type of dog food there is and even tried the recipe posted on here with the half and half, rice cereal, Karo, and baby food. She just isn't interested in food.

I implore anyone who wants a tiny Yorkie to really think about the health of these poor babies. In addition to malnourishment, Lily also has an open fontanel which will never completely close. At this time she is not showing signs of hydrocephalus but it is a possibility with her small size. Her head is too big for her body and trembles from the effort of trying to keep her head up. One of the greatest dangers she faces is being stepped on because she is just too small. I am really hoping to get her up to at least 2 lbs but at this point I don't know how I'm going to do it.

Anyone's thoughts on how I can put some weight on her would be appreciated. I have just absolutely fallen in love with her and don't want to lose her.

Thanks for reading my long post!
