I think shes a little young yet. When Chachi was that age he would run to. It was about one year old where we had the break threw with him. By that time he also really knew commands. My Husband started by using treats and telling him he command and using hand signals to using no treats to using a clicker. Come is definitely a command you want to teach. It sounds like she has a good understanding of stay though and thats a hard one to teach. Its just really come in handy to us we can oen our gate to bring groceriies in the house and our dogs be out in the yard and they dont go anywhere. We have even taken them off leash at events where there were other dogs. |
