Glad to hear that she's home and doing well
I never had to sedate my dogs after a procedure, I just kept the injured one in an xpen so they couldn't run or jump. It was hard with Izzy's spay cuz Luna wanted to play, but I kept them seperated for the first few days and then started letting them play for short periods until it was back to the routine
