Hi all, first I want to thank you all for your kind words, thoughts and prayers....You are truely a great group of people! Bella had her hernia surgery at about 8:30 this morning and was back home with me by 12 noon.....
The vet said NO jumping, running, playing rough for 7 days!!!! Well, this is going to be soooooooooooooooooooooooo difficult but I am doing all that I can to see that it gets done....Louie and Bella both sleep with me at night and have NEVER liked sleeping in the crate, so I am going to start by bringing the crate in my bedroom and if they cry I will put it on the bed
and see how that goes. The vet told me that I could give her "benedryl" to keep her a little more calm. Almost a half a teaspoon. Have any of you given yours benedryl and if so how did they react?????? Need answers quick as I am considering giving it to her soon. Thanks Again All!
