 Hiccups and Honking
Carib had the hiccups when he was young (under 6 months). Vet said nothing to worry about - guess they go through this stage. He started to make this "honking" kind of noise about the same time when the hiccups stopped. From what I have read, Yorkies tend to "reverse sneeze". They stand erect with head shoved out, eyes open, and legs slightly bowl-legged. When this happens, you can rub their throat till they swallow and this usually makes it stop. If by chance they have a rasping cough with this - see a Vet immediately as it could be a sign of a collapsed trachea.
