hillspet's (Science Diet) website they suggest that a 2lb puppy less than 4 months should eat 1/2 a cup a day. And if your really not sure on what to feed your puppy your vet can give you great recommendations. My vet gave us a free sample of Science Diet and Eukenuba Puppy food and Ranger didn't really care for the Eukenuba but eats up the Science Diet.
