I had a Chihuahua when I was younger, and let me tell you, I will NEVER own another again! They are needy, needy, needy!! If you are holding them and someone tries to touch you, watch out!

The major problem that I had with mine that he never outgrew, was the fact that he would wee wee on anything that was fuzzy. I had to give up wearing slippers because the second he saw them, he would lift his leg and let it rip. Stuffed animals, rugs, carpets, blankets, you name it, he would pee on it.

I could go on for days, but my advice is to wait until you have enough money to purchase your Yorkie. If you really want a Chihuahua, get a girl -- maybe she will have more manners and not wee wee on your slippers.
