I could only vote once but I have 2 Yorkies and they're different. Riley wants to be carried around, patted and snuggled all day long...he's the first one on your lap and if you quit patting him he gently taps your hand so you'll pat him again. Riley is also the one to wake me up every morning...he lays across my chest/neck and puts his little face on my cheek.
Jo is a snuggler also but he's more independant about it...he comes to me when he wants to, he doesn't have to be carried around all day, he sleeps next to me, he's content to lay on my lap and he allows me to use my hands for other things like typing! If I get busy and he needs me he will sit on my feet, look up at me and whine...he's so cute! Jo plays by himself and loves to lay in the sunshine in their window by himself but he lets me know when he needs me and those are the sweetest moments! |
