In alot of other countries, they prefer the tails to be intact, not docked. There was a thread about this awhile ago, but I can't seem to find it. For showing in the US, docking is preferred for sure. My yorkie has a docked tail which I think is so cute, but I think yorkies with full tails look cute too! No need in cutting off part of their tails just for looks.
