I just ordered the Oh Baby! Carrier and Bed for Meckie from Designs for Dinky Dogs. They describe it as a carrier/bed. I'd call it a bunting. I plan to use it in Meckie's stroller. Should be perfect for that. I don't, however, think the matching hat will ever go on her little head. LOL. I'll let you know how it works when it arrives. In the meantime, here's the link. Enjoy!
