 Won't eat
My Yorkie has kidney failure and is on special medicine and prescription dog food. She was diagnosed in October and so far things are OK with the kidney. She now has a stomach problem and the vet has given her a B12 shot because she is anamic, other shots and I have medicine for her. She only weighs 3 pounds and now is refusing to eat and we have to force her medicine down her. She is getting weaker and losing weight. We had a lot of tests run yesterday and the vet says she has a gastronic (spelling?) infection. Does anyone out there have any suggestions or have had this happen to them? I can't give her any other food because of the kidney problem. |
