Her dad was a yorkie and her mom was a minature poodle which explains her size. Her personalty is one of a kind. She is hyper and loves playing and running but she can also calm down and cuddle with you, she is super friendly and loves giving kisses. She is really smart, I had her potty trained in such a short time, I only wish my yorkies potty trained that fast and easy, lol!! She learns at a fast rate and is always willing to please. In fact, don't tell my other dogs this, but she is the smartest dog in the house. She has no health problems. I paid $500 for her and would do it again in a heartbeat. I don't have any problems with people mixing yorkies and poodles as long as they do their research and take responsibilty and only want the best for the dogs and doesn't sell them at a outrageous price. $500 to me is a good price, $1000 however is over priced, IMO.
I don't support breeding all mixes, yorkiepoos and morkies happen to be the two that I like because believe they have alot to offer.
I could never have gotten a small mix breed at our pound. Only big dogs come in and there is such a long waiting list for a small dog that when they do come in they are already taken. Let's just say I know someone who is actively on a waiting list for a small dog to come in and it has been over two years and she still isn't at the top of the list yet. They also have very strict rules when adopting, some of the rules are even ridiculous. So around here, rescuing isn't always an option.
Her is a picture of my Trixie. She is actually chocolate and tan but you can't see it in the pictures. And she doesn't have as big of a muzzle or nose as it looks in the picture, her nose and muzzle are actually the same size as my yorkies. |
Your Trixie is Beautiful...................When I got my morkie I was looking at yorkipoos also. I love the both of them. I alway think the mixed breeds are just so cute and nice. Someone also told me they are healthier. I paid 600.00 for my morkie, and I would of paid 2000.00 for her. She is just so loving, and she house trained really quick. She has never once peed or pooped on my carpets .....And she is only 3.5 pounds. She is very smart !!!! And yes........always willing to please...... would definitely get another morkie or yorkipoo....
LOVE MY "MORKIE"
Blessings to all...
