I called the emergency clinic and even another vet, but they wouldn't tell me how to do it. They said I had to bring her in.

Thanks for the info chachi's mom. I'm off to the store right now. The only thing I have on the list is salt. I'm not too crazy about giving my dog a teaspoon of salt. That sounds dangerous in itself. I'm going with the ipecac.
