Kobe is the sweetest baby ever! He doesnt bark that much (which kind of worries me), he poops and pees EVERYWHERE, but overall he's a good puppy.
The thing Im concerned with is that when I call him, he acts scared. He will follow me to certain parts of the house, then stop and wait for me because he's too scared to follow me completely. I will call him (I never call him to disipline him, only for praise or affection) and he wags his tail, but crouches down like he's scared. Is this normal? Should I be concerned. BTW he's almost four months.
