Hi,
Yes they will need to cut their own that way they can do straight cuts, pinking sheers etc. They are treated with a stabilizer in the process to help prevent that I suggest Pinking Sheers to help prevent fraying, but I also recomend Ironing on a thin stabilizer before cutting. I will apply a stabilizer for them for just $1.50. I also will do hand cutting for $15.00.
