OK, So, I got Gizmo like a month and a half ago now I guess.. Anyway, his breeder was very scatter brained and absent minded.. I should have NEVER bought from her, but too late.. anyway, I am trying to get her to send his papers.. she gives me all this crap about not being in then being in then not being in.. Now, she says I can't get them till he is neutered???!!?? Despite all that.. She sends me a COPY of the paper that SHE is supposed to fill out.. and it is for the BYA.. Biewers I believe.. But, I am not sure why she is registering with them.. Is my yorkie a Biewer? I thought they were born mostly white.. anyway, I am just frustrated and confused.. I guess I don't need papers for my little man..
