I think you're absolutely right Amber. If everyone would read the post thoroughly it would help. Then ask theirselves these questions..1) are they wanting support, 2) do they want and need an answer and 3) do they want an OPINION. I always try to keep my opinions to myself unless my opinion is specifically asked for. I think this would help tremendously.
I had one rude response the other day when all I wanted was support, a shoulder to lean on.
