Along with the rinsing it may also be that you are using a different shampoo. I noticed once after I switched Reagan she did that but after few days or so she was better. After a little while of using that shampoo and rinsing well you could always try another one if it doesn't get better. I think that their coat is like our hair, a certain kind of shampoo may work great for you but not so good for me.
