When Bobbi was shipped they took excellent care of him. They called me to let me know he had landed (I was in the parking lot) and that where to go pick him up. My advice, do what you are comfortable with. Many give their opinions without even having experienced it. Just because 'you've heard' about stories...........doesn't mean they are 100% accurate.

I have had a great experience..........and am quite satisfied. My boy went straight to the vet from the airport.

But I am speaking from experience and it's an experience I will not have again. Again, I'm not trying to offend anyone but everyone has the option of doing what's best for them and the topic was for opinions and I gave
