i have only heard of VERY VERY VERY FEW incidents where there was a problem w shipping an animal. you are much more likely to get into a car accident than for something to happen to a puppy while on a flight. | When Bobbi was shipped they took excellent care of him. They called me to let me know he had landed (I was in the parking lot) and that where to go pick him up. When I got there, they asked for 2 forms of id and my boy was being spoiled by them.........they even asked if I cut cut the plastic tie and bring him out.
Again, this was a short direct flight.........he was given nutrical prior to the flight and more upon arrival. I would do it again if I had to...............doesn't make me a bad 'mother' and you all know how much I love and care for my furkids
My advice, do what you are comfortable with. Many give their opinions without even having experienced it. Just because 'you've heard' about stories...........doesn't mean they are 100% accurate.
I have had a great experience..........and am quite satisfied. My boy went straight to the vet from the airport. |
