Morning Brooke! So sorry to hear about your little episode last night. Glad it wasn't worse than it was.. hope your mom's neck will be ok too. I hope your insurance will do everything to find these morons!! i hope you will get your mom into the doctor to prove that she was hurt in case it comes up later on in a trial situation. The quicker she can get that date on the records as close to the accident as possible, will certainly help your case. take lots of pictures of your car, even if the insurance company already did that. I would also go back to the scene and take pictures of the conditions there too to show that it wasn't raining etc. I always carry a "throw away" camera in my car for emergencies like this. I know it is hindsight but it might help someone else at this point. Be sure and take a picture of the other car and the damages and also the people involved, especially the driver.
