Ok my first question is...is this baby neutered? If not, then he is probably developing marking behavior. That is about the age that my Max started his. If that is it, I have no advice for you except getting him neutered they say can help but not always. If he is already neutered then it may be something else. I also used the nature's miracle cleaner and it works great but you have to follow the instructions. If you have ceramic tile then you need to spray some on the grout areas and let it dry.
