that's true - you can use it if you didn't already they apply it to the order AFTER your next one ...that's what they did with me
I did NS for 4 months (the OLD foods) and loved it but....(probably due to really bad hormone problems) I only lost 15 lbs and still can't believe I didn't get to 20. I didn't cheat at all.
I got so discouraged I still have a 1/2 month of food left and will probably do it again soon....
but...let me tell you ...the eggs SUCKED !! and that hamburger soaked in water ?? the taste was there but it's nothing like on the package
The best things I think were the Lasagna & Ravioli's and I really liked the Lemon and blueberry bars....This site is VERY helpful if you have questions - I posted here and they always answered my questions -
