This cracked me up for some reason!
I guess I kinda don't see the big deal about it. No, it's not a cute picture, but doesn't look like puppy abuse either. There must be a cute story behind it....the dog's habit of climbing into the fridge to look for its treats, or something.
If it's just a "posed" pic, there are a lot more cute ones they could have taken, but again, I don't see the abuse. After all, if they're taking a pic, that means the door is OPEN!
