 RIP Goldberg, We love you!
Goldberg my mother's 9 yr. old golden retriever had to be put to sleep on monday. He had a tumor the size of a grapefruit on his spleen. Vet said his chances were so slim we decided not to put him through it. He's had a good long life on our farm. He lived to walk with my mom to the barn or follow her when she was on the 4-wheeler! He will be so greatly missed!
It's been so sad watching him over the last week, on Saturday he just completely stopped eating, and felt awful. We knew the kindest thing we could do was to end his suffering.
