I would be pissed too!
If they were teens they were probably nervous as hell, maybe they weren't supposed to be so far away from home..or maybe they weren't supposed to take out mommy or daddy's car? That could be a reason as to why the sped off. Who knows though. Hopefully justice will be served!
Can't the cops contact the cops in the town of where the teens are from? I would check into that.
I hope your Mom's gonna be o.k as well.
