i just recently escorted one to Los Angeles. Trini and Cococ's mom's puppy. She flew right in the cabin with me in her little carrier under the seat and sometimes in the carrier on my lap. i could put my hand in and pet her and feed her. she was content on the plane but nervous on the car ride to the airport. They all have very strict policies about taking them out of the crate in flight. Different airlines charge different for in cabin pets. Continental was 95. When the ticket is booked for the escort, the pet fee must also be paid and the pet booked. You carry your receipt for the pet and health certificate with you just in case you are asked. I never was. it was an all day trip for me from kentucky but my baby got the best care.
