hmmmmm, it could be that she's trying to kick away an itch on her leg or she might have a cramp in her leg.
But it could also be a knee problem. She could have dislocated it and she's trying to pop it back into place. some dogs will do that leg move while running or walking to get their knee back in. try massaging the leg and putting a heat compress on it first because maybe its just a muscle twitch.
if this continues for a few days i'd take her into the vet because she may be having knee problems
