I think I would tell her that she is NOT a vet and you want her to pay for the surgery. Why shouldn't you be able to use your vet. I mean if you were to have a car accident your insurance still has to pay regardless of where the car is fixed (here in TX anyway). I'm sorry your baby is sick |
