Gosh I too would have been SOOOOO upset. They have the nerve to take off. Thank goodness you took their license down and they track them down. Yes! As I was telling someone in a PM - if I were their parents, they wouldn't be seeing the light of day for a WHILE!
Some of these kids just make me sooooo angry!!! They take absolutely NO responsibility for their actions what-so-ever! And it shows that their parents OBVIOUSLY didn't do their job!!! I know that it would be a cold day in HELL before I ever fled the scene of an accident like that!
My mother would have blistered my rear end! LOL.
