Studding a 2 lbs male is not a good idea. It was good advice. If you insist on going ahead, consider lemon laws in your state and other issues.
A 2 lbs male could very well have health issues that may not be exhibited at the moment and may never but could carry them and could very well pass those on.
How much responsibility are you willing to take on if puppies are born? Will you refund the purchase price to the new owner of a puppy if it has problems? What if they end up paying thousands of dollars in vet bills which is not uncommon in very tiny Yorkies.
Of course there is no guarantee the resulting progeny will be tiny, however, I would strongly discourage using such a tiny male for breeding based on the fact that he would be considered to be a very poor representative of the breed. This is not considered to be responsible breeding by true fanciers of the breed.
