The blue in the standard is described as a dark steel blue. In reality you will see it range from a dark charcoal grey to a light silver blue. Judges are always interpreting what dark steel blue is differently. The skin is not blue but will be a golder or darker hue in dogs with alot of pigment and ivory to pinkish in dogs with a silver hue.
