3 dresses finished except for hems and buttons , 1 dress cut out, marked and pinned. And 2 to start yet. I'm getting a little worn out tho. I think I bit off a little too much - but who would know I'd get sick and then fall. I lost two weeks of time. It will work out tho.  |
I volunteered my services of sewing four bridesmaid dresses since my daughter was in the wedding (NEVER do that again). Well, I got them done but they were not the easiest dresses to do. Then one of the girls went away for two months to visit her grandparent and so I had no "body" to fit the dress to. Well, she came back thinner than when she left and one of the girl's had gained weight...........I will never do it again! So I know where you are coming from! I keep my talents hidden now! ROFL
